Day 1
Scenic drive from Kathmandu to the trailhead village of Syabrubesi.
Day 2
Trek through forest along the Langtang River to Lama Hotel.
Day 3
Continue up the valley to Langtang Village, rebuilt after the 2015 earthquake.
Day 4
Short trek to Kyanjin Gompa with time to visit the monastery and cheese factory.
Day 5
Optional hike to Kyanjin Ri or Tserko Ri for panoramic glacier views.
Day 6
Descend back through the valley to Lama Hotel.
Day 7
Final descent to Syabrubesi and drive back to Kathmandu.
